American Pale Ale

A delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber color and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.

Smithwick's Draught has a creamy head, a palate that is very soft at first but develops in sweetness, and a hint of treacle toffee dryness in the finish. It is brewed from Pale Ale malt, roasted barley and 20 per cent corn syrup, with English bittering hops, plus Fuggles and Goldings for aroma.

Tasting notes show a rich, intense chocolate flavor up front, followed by roasted malts, low hop flavor but the Chinook and Willamette were found in the medium-low bitter finish. That finish was complemented by a warming and long lasting roasted flavor. 9.1% alc

Stella Artois was first brewed as a Christmas beer in Leuven. It was name Stella, for the star of Chrsitmas, and Artois for Sebastian Artois, founder of the brewery. It's brewed to perfection using the original Stella Artois yeast and Saaz hops. It's full in flavor and crisp and clean in taste.

Pours a nice black from the bottle with a thick, creamy tan head that laces the glass very well. It smells of roasted malts and chocolate. The taste is excellent - a nice roasted malt base with a good sweet creamy chocolate taste at the end that is very pleasent. The mouthfeel is excellent - velvety and not alot of carbonation, just the right amount.
